No, JobCloser is web based and runs in the cloud on all major, modern web browsers. Optionally, you can install the app on your phone from the App Store or Google Play.

No, we do not require long-term contracts or agreement on your part. After your account is cancelled, the card on file will not be billed.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). For annual subscriptions, we can charge your card on file or send an invoice.
Currently, we only support countries in North America, but have a number of settings (like currency, date format, etc) that can be used if you are an international customer!
We understand your client and company data can contain sensitive information, rest assured we take security very seriously and employ a number of internal security policies to ensure your data is safe.

Yes, your data is your data. We offer the ability to import and export most objects in the system into a CSV format. You can also link your Intuit Quickbooks account to sync all your data over. We are happy to handle all of this for you if you need help!
